Mission Details

You will work in a team in the Digital Experience division of the Digital Department, made up of 4 people in France and several people abroad.

Manage and develop SEO and its use within sites, digital content and campaigns.

- You are in charge of increasing the visibility of the site on search engines via natural or free SEO techniques.
- You are responsible for the SEO guidelines and the technological and competitive intelligence on SEO.
- You make recommendations in terms of natural referencing for your colleagues in charge of content creation.

Manage and operationally develop SEA & Affiliation campaigns

- Online acquisition marketing budget management: management of acquisition campaigns (SEA, display, social media, affiliation)
- Performance monitoring and analysis (PLC, CPC, CPM...) by channel
- You manage the paid referencing (AdWords, Facebook, Linkedin)
- You know how to develop and implement a digital advertising strategy using these tools (choice of levers, acquisition devices, associated media, competitive intelligence, etc.).
- You set up global acquisition campaigns (SEA, SEO, SMO, lead scoring automation, ...)
- You are responsible for the guidelines for the different countries on best practices for activation campaigns.
- You ensure the management and optimization of the budget dedicated to digital campaigns.
- You ensure the management of external partners

Manage and share analytical dashboards across the different BUs

- The piloting of analytics and digital monitoring dashboards is key in your missions (monthly, weekly).
- You control and communicate on the ROI of the different acquisition channels.
- You are familiar with the tools used to monitor site traffic and know how to draw an analysis and an action plan in a dynamic business.


Monitor and improve the business performance of the site and the user experience.

- Management of the conversion optimization process (A/B tests)
- Identifying opportunities for site improvement and user experience optimization
- You improve UX relevance and recurrence by using marketing automation tools that you master.
- You set up the analysis of the traffic and the positioning of the site, and the measurement of the actions carried out in terms of traffic optimization.
- You know how to work closely in a team in a matrix organization (activation of Customer Data Platform, Marketo....)
- You know how to adapt to the constraints of B2C & B2B communication.
