We are looking for a PIP Manager to join our Design & Technical Services (D&TS) team, based in either Budapest or Munich. In this role, you will support Project Managers and Developers in the study and implementation of Property Improvement Plans (PIPs) across our hotel pipeline. From the lead phase to project signature, your insights will ensure accuracy, efficiency, and alignment with brand standards, while considering client financial expectations.
What will you do?
Manage 50 to 70 Property Improvement Plans per year, at various stages of maturity.
Ensure each step of the assignment is properly conducted and documented to support invoicing.
Support Project Managers throughout the study and implementation of PIPs for all upstream projects.
Collaborate with developers to provide fast and relevant responses to potential partners.
Track costs of standardised products and maintain toolkits to offer accurate, usable information for project teams.
Liaise with operations, F&B, and brand teams to ensure projects align with strategic and operational goals.
Ensure high-quality brand representation while meeting the financial constraints of franchisees.
Prioritise and organise a high volume of concurrent projects, respecting deadlines set with the development team.
Our ideal profile would be:
Qualified architect or Project Manager with strong experience in hotel renovation studies.
Proven track record in major architecture or design firms or large companies.
Solid experience working on multiple hotel projects, ideally with international brands.
Good knowledge of construction costs in the region.
Familiarity with FF&E, OS&E, and EQS requirements.
Fluent in English and German. Hungarian would be a plus.
A collaborative, passionate, and adaptable team player, with strong interpersonal skills.
