Description du poste

Overview:

Due to business expansion Expleo Ireland requires a Market Unit Sales Manager to help establish our new Life Sciences & Technology Service as a Management and Technology Consulting player in the High-Tech Manufacturing Sector in Ireland, with a particular focus on MedTech and BioPharma.

The Service is part of Expleo Group, a Global Management and Technology Consulting Firm headquartered in Paris, with 19,000 employees and €1.4 Bn in Revenue. The Service is poised to support the Irish Manufacturing Sites locally, and to play a leading role in Expleo's international multi-site support for global Multinationals.

The Service is a division of Expleo Ireland and as such enjoys the support of 800 highly specialized colleagues throughout Ireland, namely across;

  • Business Analysis, Leadership Development, Quality Assurance, Software Development, Engineering, Regulatory Compliance and Project Management

There is also support across complimentary sectors such as:

  • Financial Services, Utilities, Automotive, Retail, Telecommunications, and the Public Sector.

Expleo Life Sciences & Technology Ireland is currently recruiting for a full-time, permanent, Market Unit Sales Manager to rapidly develop our profile and client base in the Pharma and MedTech Manufacturing sectors.



Responsibilities:

The primary objective of the role is to work with the Head of Service, Service Practice Leads, Group Sales, and Group Marketing to acquire new clients and expand existing clients. The successful candidate will be accountable for selling Expleo service solutions across the Manufacturing Supply Chain in the MedTech and BioPharma sectors, this role will require but is not limited to:

Sales

  • Identifying and researching high priority targets and relevant decision-makers
  • Utilising a consultative selling process to propose and sell solutions
  • Building an understanding of our clients' business and challenges
  • Participating in identifying solutions
  • Maintaining persistent but respectful follow ups with warm prospects over long periods, ensuring Expleo is 'top of mind' when relevant opportunities eventually arise
  • Preparing proposals, costings, case studies and working with Bid Management to deliver compelling responses to RFQ and Tenders

Sales Management

  • Leveraging a proven ability to create, develop and maintain accurate pipeline / sales forecasts.
  • Conducting due diligence on client liquidity, competitors, and the contractual details to help manage Expleo's' reputation, profitability, and deliver repeat business
  • Setting up the sequence of meetings with key decision-makers in the introduction, exploration, negotiation, closing and follow-up stages.
  • Developing trusted relationships with clients, target clients and internal client delivery teams
  • Capturing lessons learned and refining the sales process accordingly


Qualifications:
  • 6+ years' experience in a similar role.
  • Third level degree


Essential skills:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience of Sales processes such as Sandler, ideally selling services to enterprise level clients.
  • Ability to influence and network at C-Suite and Senior Management level.
  • Must be able to clearly identify goals, communicate vision for the clients and then deliver results
  • Demonstrated evidence of a strong work ethic.


Experience:

Sector Experience

  • Demonstrated network of appropriate contacts in the BioPharma and/or MedTech Manufacturing sectors
  • Demonstrated knowledge, experience in the BioPharma and/or MedTech sectors, including:
    • Manufacturing Site Operations, especially in multi-site multinationals,
    • Global Manufacturing Supply Chain
    • Academic and Government Funded Research Community
    • Grants and Tax Incentives
    • MedTech and/or BioPharma Regulations: GxP, ISO 9001, ISO 13485, EU MDR 2017/745, IVDR 2017/746 etc.

Digital Experience

  • Experience in selling, specifying, purchasing or commissioning digital technologies is desirable.
  • Experience of change management in organizations due to the introduction of digital technologies.
  • Experience using enterprise-level digital technologies such as SAP, Digital QMS, MES etc.
