Description du poste

Management of a strategic customers portfolio:
- Manage sanitary key accounts, with support of other sales manager if in another area
- Implement the sales stategy and commercial action plan.
- Establish, maintain and develop strong and proactive partnership with customers
- Create new business opportunities, New Customers and Market Application, new product needs
- Accountable for achieving sales objectives in line with budget.
- Establish market analysis and perform regular benchmarking on competition.
- Cooperate with communication team to promote our brand.
- Participate as Team member for new product development project
Team Contribution:
- Reporting in Salesforce, Opportunities, Market Insights
- Attend Technical and Business Meeting organized by the BU
- Supervise and Support the Activity of Sales Assistants

Description du profil

You are in charge of Surfactants and Additives customers portfolio. You ensure the implementation of the sales strategy and manage directly a selection of key customers.
Altuglas International is a worldwide leading company in the production of PMMA with recognized brands in its markets: visual communication, automotive and transportation, consumer goods and design, architecture and construction, sanitary.
In line with BU strategy, you are in charge of the development of PMMA sheets and management of key accounts in EMEA sanitary market.
Your profile:
- Solid experience in managing and developping a sales area, and experience in key accounts management
- Strong negotiation skills on different levels and in international environment
- Market understanding of Technical Products, some experience in sales of Technical products
- Perfect command of written and spoken English.
- Curiosity for applications and for new opportunities for new markets, and for technical discussions
- Autonomous and self-motivated, with leadership, management and communication skills
- Open minded, and adaptable to different mentalities
- Flexible and readiness to travel.
