Dans le cadre de la refonte complète de son service client, une grande banque a décidé de partager ce défi avec nous et notre solution Contact. Il va nous falloir dans les mois et les années à venir, modéliser leur business, leur nouvelle organisation et les aider à passer le cap de rester la première banque du pays.

Quand on parle de nouveauté, il ne s'agit pas seulement de leur réorganisation interne mais d'une automatisation extrême de tout leur service client au travers de la mise en œuvre de nouvelles technologies.

Vous êtes intéressés par des technologies comme la reconnaissance du langage naturel, la biométrie vocale, l'intelligence artificielle, les ChatBots, les Voice Bots et d'autre encore … nous allons les mettre en œuvre.

L'international fait partie de vos motivations … cette banque n'est pas en France et parle diverses langues (FR, NL, EN, GE).

Vous mettrez en œuvre, au travers d'une bonne connaissance du service, tant d'un point de vue fonctionnel que technique, les process définis et validés. Vous planifierez et accompagnerez les évolutions, suivrez les tickets du projet et serez l'interlocuteur privilégié de nos équipes techniques transverses.

Localisation : Seclin, Rennes ou Lyon
