What we are looking for:

The role of the Client Delivery Country Head is a critical and complex Operations management role within Atos reporting directly to Romania Global Delivery Center's Country Head, serving as the nexus for a varied combination of accountabilities and responsibilities.

As the leader accountable for Operations in a delivery matrix organization, the Client Delivery Country Head role requires pro-active leadership skills and execution discipline to ensure an integrated end to end service is delivered to our Customer.

In the role, the Client Delivery Country Head assures that the key areas of IT Operations are covered:

1) Client Delivery Quality, Satisfaction and Governance;

2) Compliance, Security and Risk Management;

3) Cost Management;

4) Community building (external and internal).

The personal abilities which would recommend the ideal candidate for this position are efficient communication skills, both written and spoken, flexibility, goal and results orientation, integrity and stress handling.

Key accountabilities:

  • Accountable for daily operational delivery, fulfilling contract commitments and meeting customer expectations in terms of on-time and high quality delivery;
  • Lead as an orchestrator and pro-active delivery integrator ensuring that Customer Satisfaction and Excellent Service Quality is at the heart of our daily delivery;
  • Drive weekly productivity improvements to obtain significant levels of value and cost optimization across multiple teams and technologies;
  • Run a world-class organization using radically differentiated, factory-like processes; you will continuously improve the quality of your teams by using and adapting our Global Delivery Center capabilities;
  • Oversee projects delivery with the special focus on quality, cost and timeline expectations;
  • Partner with all management levels to manage necessary resource allocation and skills for efficient account delivery in line with budget, service requirements and with Customer's changing business needs;
  • Act as the key contact to the client AST and account management in RO leading escalations, providing visibility, and piloting improvement initiatives proactively;
  • Active Cost Management to deliver on Atos financial commitments;
  • Manage escalation and Major Incident situations across Global Delivery Center;
  • Establish strategic relationships with stakeholders internally and externally (including C-level);
  • Act as a role model, ensuring that there is an effective succession plan to obtain and maintain end-to-end service delivery and business continuity.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of IT outsourcing experience in a leadership role managing multiple teams with 100+ people across multiple technologies;
  • Proven experience in Service Delivery for large client organizations in an international multi-client environment;
  • Broad quality, process and technical knowledge including Application Technical Management, Storage, Server Management;
  • Revenue / Financial Management;
  • ITIL, IT Service Management Knowledge, Service Level Management;
  • Program and Project Management knowledge;
  • Crisis Management and communication up to C-level;
  • Stakeholder Management;
  • Negotiation, persuasion and Business Relationship management skills;
  • Strong communication skills with experience of presenting to senior management;
  • Ability to be flexible and work analytically in a problem-solving environment;
  • Availability for recurrent business travel;
  • Proficiency in English, written and spoken;
  • Extended availability outside Business hours;
  • Service Management and "Client first" mindset required.

Network and Security management knowledge and French would be a plus.
