Description du poste

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES :
o Responsible for setting and achieving the volume sales, CAN, Margin and RAC for given markets
 
o Build, strengthen and professionalize the network of Distributors
? challenge the existing ones; confirm the good ones and change some if necessary
? appoint relevant ones if necessary and Implement Code of Good Business conduct
? Federate the Distributors to create a strong synergized network
 
o Recommend sales and marketing action plans for the year to come, prepared with each distributor
? makes sure these plans are in line with the division and the group strategy, by aligning with marketing Factories and Other Supports teams in Paris
? makes sure these plans are properly owned and implemented by the distributors
? analyses the distributor Route to market, propose optimization if relevant, and help the distributor to improve
? implements tools, processes and relevant training to ensure that the distributor has a strong focus on Bel products, i.e. :Sku priority list – Customer card – routing; regular business updates ( monthly sales and stock report) , participation in sales meetings, annual sales force meetings, incentives,
? Develops sales and development plan for the areas, including distribution levels and channels, sales promotions, price promotions, visibility, merchandising and distributor incentives,
? Develops relevant Supply Chain in each country with relevant Kpi's
 
o Assess the potential of each country; identify the growth levers, and recommend alternative entry strategy if relevant.
 
o Monitor closely sales and marketing spending for his region; reports monthly on sales, spending, distributor results, countries trends,
 
o Report monthly on area performance, plus AP, JP and budget responsibilities - Sales and Stock report – Share of Market / Share of Voice / Size and price / Distribution and coverage / Trade spending
 
o Secure Operations for the countries including logistics, quality, registration, legal,
 
o DSO responsible (cash flow and collection)
 
Note: Frequent travel to regions required.
 
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & COMPETENCIES :
1) Education and experience :
- Graduate (probably in Business); A levels (or equivalent validated by job experience)
- Fluent written and spoken English, French helpful but not essential;
- A 10 year-experience is required with a mix between :
Experience in Sales Development / Marketing in FMCG
Experience in developing new markets in developing countries
A good knowledge of the Supply Chain is a plus.
 
- Track record of over achieving sales targets, strong drive, determination and energy to push partners
- Mastering : Go To Market – Sales force Management – Distributor management
 
2) Specific competencies:
- A leader, inspiring external contacts
- Autonomous, able to self motivate, make decisions,
- Strategic thinker
- Able to think about the long term business and best structure to serve it
- Team player, works well with others, listens, and understands need for partnership.
- High influence capabilities and inspiring
